Introduction of “Guangzhou and Hong Kong Pass” Commercial Service
(Only for Guangzhou, Guangdong Province (except Guangdong Nansha Pilot Free Trade Zone))

In order to deepen business registration reform, construct an international, market-oriented and regulated business environment that is in line with new international practice, enhance co-operation between Guangdong and Hong Kong, innovate Guangdong-Hong Kong co-operation model, and build Guangzhou as a two-way channel and an important platform for Hong Kong, Macau and the Mainland to access the international market, an agreement on “Guangzhou and Hong Kong Pass” commercial service co-operation was signed on 8 March 2018 by Administration for Industry and Commerce of Guangzhou and Chong Hing Bank. The “Guangzhou and Hong Kong Pass” commercial service was launched in Guangzhou to extend the business services in the Mainland to Hong Kong.

By fully utilising the resources of Yuexiu Group, Chong Hing Bank and Administration for Industry and Commerce of Guangzhou, and the service outlets available in Hong Kong, the "Guangzhou and Hong Kong Pass" is designed to offer a series of commercial services to Hong Kong investors intending to launch their business in Guangzhou (except Guangdong Nansha Pilot Free Trade Zone), such as investment promotion, consultancy services as well as business registration. This "Guangzhou and Hong Kong Pass" commercial service provides an unprecedented opportunity for Hong Kong investors to settle and invest in Guangzhou.
