Introduction of “Hong Kong and Macau Pass” Commercial Service

In order to implement China‘s “Belt and Road” initiative, to deepen business registration reform, to explore new co-operation mode among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau, and to create a favorable business environment that is in line with international best practices, with approval from Zhuhai Hengqin New Area Administrative Committee of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, a business associate agreement has been signed on December 28, 2016 by Zhuhai Hengqin New Area Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce and Chong Hing Bank Limited.

By making full use of the resources of Yuexiu Group, Chong Hing Bank Limited and Zhuhai HengQin New Area Administration Bureau for Industry and Commerce and the service outlets available in Hong Kong and Macau, Hong Kong and Macau Pass is designed to offer a series of commercial services to Hong Kong and Macau investors intending to launch their business in Hengqin, such as investment promotion, consultancy services as well as business registration. This " Hong Kong and Macau Pass " commercial service provides an unprecedented opportunity for Hong Kong and Macau investors to settle and invest in Hengqin Pilot Free Trade Zone.
