New Personal Internet Banking Services and Mobile Banking Services are launched!

Our Personal Internet Banking Services and Mobile Banking Services (collectively, the “Internet Banking Services”) are upgraded. With simple interface and comprehensive improvements to product functions, more than 40 new features and more than 30 customer experience enhancement, the upgrade design tailors customers’ financial needs, providing customers with a smoother online financial management experience.

Chong Hing Bank Mobile Token Upgrade Notification

The bank upgraded Mobile Token Service on 30 June 2024, to provide better experience and flexible authentication methods to customer. Customers who have not reactivated Mobile Token after 30 June 2024, will receive a reminder after logging in to Mobile Banking, to notify them that they need to reactivate Easy Logon [Mobile Token PIN (PIN) or Fingerprint /Face ID Authentication (Biometric Logon)] and Mobile Token services on or before 22 November 2024, in order to continue using Easy Logon and perform high-risk transaction authentication.

If the customer does not reactivate these services before 22 November 2024, starting from 23 November 2024, their current Easy Logon and Mobile Token services may be disabled, and the customer will need to log into Mobile Banking service using their Logon ID / Customer Reference Number and Password, and reactivate the relevant services via “My” > “Personal Information and Security Settings”> “Mobile Security Setting”.

The above arrangement is not eligible for new customer or customer who have reactivated Mobile Token after 30 June 2024.

Activation via Chong Hing Card: Enter your Chong Hing Card information to activate Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Services.

Activation via Deposit Account: Enter your deposit account number to apply for an activation code to activate the Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Services.

Activation via Credit Card: By entering the credit card information, Chong Hing Credit Card holders can activate Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Services to enquire outstanding credit card balance and conduct various transactions.

Activation via Identity Verification*: Customers who hold a valid account with the Bank only need to scan HKID card and take a selfie to activate Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Services

Remote Account Opening* New individual customers can enjoy a new account opening experience of remotely open accounts and other banking services by downloading the Chong Hing Mobile Banking App with smartphones. Easy and simple steps, as fast as 10 minutes to open an account.
Account overview Check the latest balances of fixed deposit accounts, investment accounts, credit card accounts, loan balances, monthly statements and account transaction records up to 12 months.
e-Statement Retrieve and download your e-Statements up to 7 years, anytime and anywhere. Personal e-Statement Service is applicable to consolidated statements, current account statements and statement savings account statements.
Fixed Deposit Place or renew fixed deposit, view account balance and change maturity instruction.
Foreign Exchange Fixed Deposit Exchange currencies and place selected fixed deposit at the same time to enjoy preferential fixed deposit interest rates.
Transfer/ Faster Payment System (FPS) 24x7, instant transfer to registered or non-registered local accounts online which is safe and fast. It supports multiple transfer methods (account number, mobile phone number, email address, FPS identification code and credit card).
Telegraphic Transfer (TT) 24x7,online transfer to registered or non-registered overseas accounts. It supports Swift Go service which allows you to track the progress of remittances easily.
Cross-boundary Wealth Management Connect (WMC) Remittance*
Visit any branch of the Bank for qualification verification and open a WMC remittance account, and then you can bind the investment account and remit fund online.
My Payee Register local third-party accounts and TT accounts anytime, anywhere. It supports multiple registration methods (account number, mobile phone number, email address, FPS ID and credit card) to make transfer easier.
Online Transaction Records 24x7,easily query transfer and remittance transaction records submitted online.
Bill Payment Settle bills of over 900 major merchants in Hong Kong by transferring funds from your savings/current  accounts or credit card account. You can enjoy convenient bill payment services by placing "Forward-dated Bill Payment Instruction" for up to 45 days in advance, and set up payees of frequently bill payment through "My Payee List".

  • QR Code Collect:All you need is a mobile phone number, email address or FPS ID to bind your FPS account online. Generate payment QR code and receive money instantly anytime, anywhere.
  • QR Code Pay:Just scan a QR code to transfer money to friends or merchants across banks anytime, anywhere, safely and conveniently.
Currency Exchange Buy or sell various currencies with the designated same name HKD and foreign currency / Renminbi accounts, enquire online currency exchange record, and share the foreign exchange rates with friends and relatives anytime anywhere. Selected customer can enjoy preferential exchange rates.
Fund Search fund according to fund asset class, distribution class and risk rating, and subscribe in one-go.
Bond During the government bond IPO, you can log on to the Mobile Banking to submit online subscription instructions quickly and securely.
Securities* You can apply to open a securities account with Chong Hing Securities Company Limited (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chong Hing Bank) through our Mobile Banking.
Investment Account Opening*
Open an investment account and it is not required to visit the branch to submit documents in person. After opening an account, you can subscribe for funds online.
Investment Profile Questionnaire and Vulnerable Customer Assessment (IPQ) Fill out the investment risk assessment questionnaire.
Currency Linked Deposit (CLD) Select HKD / Renminbi or other foreign currencies as deposit currency or linked currency.
Investment Transaction Record Enquire investment transaction records of fund, bond, currency linked deposit and structured product.
Credit Card Services
  1. Enquire the details of your Credit Card, including the credit limit, available credit Limit, outstanding balance, payment due date, minimum payment, statement balance and bonus points balance.
  2. Enquire Recent Transaction Record, including “All”, “Billed” (transactions that have been billed in the current statement) and “Unbilled” (transactions to be billed in the next statement) transaction records.
  3. Settle Credit Card Balance- settle your credit card outstanding balance by making payment from your deposit account.
  4. Provide Others Credit Card Services- including “Installment Loan Program” application, “Installment Loan Program”documents submission-, credit card application, statement installment program, credit card setting, report card loss and credit card transaction authentication.

  • Mobile Security Setting:Mobile Token Service can be activated via Mobile Banking in order to activate the easy logon and high-risk transaction verification service functions. You can also modify or reset the Mobile Token PIN and deactivate the Mobile Token Service.
