  3. When using the WeChat account, please do not input personal sensitive information into WeChat dialogue box. The Bank will never ask personal information from users such as (a) Bank account numbers, (b) Username and Password of Internet Banking accounts through email, SMS or phone.
  4. Please download and install updates and patches for your Apps, operating systems and browsers regularly.
