Manager, Premium Financing Specialist – Personal Banking Division


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with branch sales management and sales staff on their wealth business planning to achieve business goals
  • Conduct pre-case study and engage in joint servicing / sales calls proactively with sales staff to serve the financial needs of customers
  • Keep abreast of market changes and provide timely market and product update to both sales staff and customer
  • Oversee the premium financing application process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with credit approval departments, loan operation departments, and insurance companies to expedite application processing
  • Follow up with customers and frontline staff to provide updates on the application status
  • Provide technical and skill coaching to sales staff within designated area/branch to uplift the professionalism and selling skills of sales staff
  • Work in collaboration with QA Team and Area Managers to support and contribute to sales & service quality improvement


Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of insurance or loan sales experience
  • Solid knowledge in insurance and loan products as well as familiar to loan product regulatory requirement
  • Process recognized insurance qualification of IIQE Papers 1 & 3
  • Strong business acumen, detail-oriented and possessing strong analytical skills
  • Good team-player and able to work independently with effective coaching and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills with knowledge in using various presentation tools (apart from PowerPoint)
