Notice of Amendment of “Account Rules”

Please be informed that the Bank has amended the "Account Rules". The amended "Account Rules" will take effect from 18 October 2013. Enclosed please find a memorandum (click here) setting out the amendments to the "Account Rules" for your reference.

Please note that the amendments shall be binding on you if you continue to use the Bank’s services on or after the above effective date. We regret to inform you that we may not be able to continue providing services to you if you do not accept the amendments and you must notify us at any of our branches before the above effective date.

Should you request for a copy of the amended “Account Rules” or have any enquiry, please feel free to contact any of our branches or call our Customer Services Hotline at 3768-6888.

To the extent of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of the notice, the English version shall prevail.
