In view of the special arrangement for postal services announced by Hongkong Post on 19 July 2020, the delivery of physical copies of correspondences (including but not limited to banking statements, credit card account statements, investment contract notes and customer advices, etc.), credit cards and Chong Hing Card may experience delay.
