Notice of the Real-name Registration for Pre-paid SIM Cards

According to the Office of the Communications Authority,  any unregistered existing pre-paid SIM cards can no longer be used after 23 February 2023.

If you are using a pre-paid SM card number as your contact number with us  and the real-name registration has not been completed yet, please contact your telecommunications service provider to complete the registration before the deadline or visit any branch of the Bank to update your contact number in order to continue to receive notifications from us and use our Mobile Banking/Internet Banking Services.
