Notice of Amendments to Chong Hing Bank Limited (the “Bank”) Terms and Conditions for e-Statement Services (For Corporate Customers)

 

Please be informed that from 7 March 2025 (Effective Date), the Bank’s Corporate Internet Banking will provide e-Advice Services. The relevant Terms and Conditions for e-Statement Services (For Corporate Customers)” will be revised at that time, with the name changed to “Chong Hing Bank Limited (the “Bank”) Terms and Conditions for e-Statement and e-Advice Services (For Corporate Customers)” (click here).

Relevant contents of the amendments will be underlined and strikethrough respectively. Please read carefully and understand the amended Terms & Conditions (click here) as the same shall be legally binding on you in relation to the Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Services provided by the Bank.

The above amendments shall be legally binding on you if you retain or continue your banking relationship with us after the Effective Date. If you do not wish to accept the above amendments, please refer to the applicable terms and conditions and inform us. We may however not be able to continue providing services to you if the above amendments are not accepted.
