Notice on Update to Corporate Internet Banking Services Features
Thank you for using the Corporate Internet Banking Services and Corporate Mobile Banking Services (collectively, the "Corporate Internet Banking Services") of Chong Hing Bank Limited (the "Bank"). The Bank is committed to provide secure and efficient Internet banking services for customers. We hereby inform you that starting from 28 March 2025, our Corporate Internet Banking Services will have the following functional updates:
- For customers who have not conducted fund transfer to registered account(s) or bill payment to registered bill(s) on the Corporate Internet Banking Services for 12 consecutive months, those registered account(s) and registered bill(s) will be removed automatically. If you would like to register the third-party account(s) or bill(s) again, you can register via "Fund Transfer > Third Party Account Registration" or "Bill Payment > My Payee List" with completing the two-factor authentication on Corporate Internet Banking;
- For customers who have not conducted high-risk fund transfers (g. transfer to non-registered payee) or bill payment on Corporate Internet Banking for 12 consecutive months, the daily limits of fund transfer to non-registered account(s), bill payment to non-registered high-risk merchant(s) (excluding those merchants in categories as 'Primary or Secondary Education', 'Post-secondary or Specialised Education', 'Government or Statutory Organisation' and 'Public Utility') or Payroll via Corporate Internet Banking will be adjusted to HK$0. If you would like to reset the daily limit, you can update via "Management Center > Service Settings > Service Limit Setting" with completing the two-factor authentication on Corporate Internet Banking;
- The aggregated daily transaction limit(s) of each transaction type (including Transfer/Bill Payment/Foreign Exchange/Bulk Payroll) will be calculated as the cumulative limit of all account(s) under the customer’s name, instead of single account(s);
