Important Notice to Investment Account Holder

 

To better assist you in understanding your investment risk appetite, the Bank has updated the “Investment Profile Questionnaire and Vulnerable Customer Assessment” (“IPQ”). The existing IPQ will become invalid starting from 15 June 2025. To prevent affecting future investment transactions, you may complete/update the relevant IPQ starting from 11 May 2025 through the Bank’s Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, by visiting any of our branches in Hong Kong in person, or by calling the Bank’s hotline at (852) 3768 6828.
