Investment Profile Questionnaire and Vulnerable Customer Assessment
Customers can complete the "Investment Profile Questionnaire and Vulnerable Customer Assessment" via Internet Banking or Mobile Banking; customers can update at anytime if there is any changes in personal circumstances.
Fund Transaction
You can easily complete fund subscription, switching and redemption with simple steps via Internet Banking / Mobile Banking. You can also obtain detailed fund information and peformance through “Fund Information” and Offering Documents before subscriptions.
My Fund Account
You can log in Internet Banking or Mobile Banking at anytime to view your investment fund portfolio, including information such as fund price and reference market value.
Fund Search
You can perform fund search within seconds by various criteria, such as fund house, asset class, risk rating, dividend class and currency through “Wealth Management> Wealth Management Tools> Fund Search” in this website, or through “Investment> Fund> Fund Subscription” after logging on to Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.

Without visiting our branches, personal customers can submit investment account opening applications with Mobile Banking. Generally, funds available in our Bank's trading platform are traded on a "forward" pricing basis, investment funds dealing will be based on the fund's net asset value (NAV), calculated when the market closes on that dealing day. That executed price will usually be provided in the next business day of the trading day. The executed price and details are subject to the confirmation provided by the fund house to the Bank. |
