"Employees' Compensation Insurance" is a kind of liability insurance, which covers employer's legal liability towards their employees for their injury or disease sustained arising out of work and in the course of employment. Under the Employees' Compensation Ordinance, it is compulsory for all employers to insure for their employees. The coverage is as follows:
